She is eager to help anyone with a desire to change, progress, and evolve, and who is willing to overcome barriers that prevent them from living their best life. As a therapist, she encourages clients to reflect within and accept themselves as they are, allowing them to let go of past mistakes and alleviate feelings of shame and guilt. When clients are open to challenging unsupportive beliefs, they give themselves the opportunity to break free from harmful or negative past behaviors and thought processes.

Mike Graves is a Program Director with over 5 years of experience in Dual Diagnosis centers. He is dedicated to helping others with their mental health both in and out of treatment. Mike's primary focus is maintaining a safe environment for both clientele and staff, with a strong emphasis on organization and punctuality. Working closely with the team, he ensures that every client receives personalized treatment to help them "Find Their Way". Mike holds himself to a high standard of discipline when leading the facility in the ongoing battle against mental health struggles.

Outside of work, Sashlyn is also committed to serving individuals who struggle with alcohol and substance abuse. She plans to continue advocating for mental health and raising awareness. Sashlyn’s wish is for every individual to find love and joy within themselves and their lives.

Nina is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a doctoral student at Alliant
International University. She brings a cross-cultural perspective and bilingual proficiency
in Mandarin and English to her practice, enriching her therapeutic interventions with a
diverse clientele. Her passion for her career stems from a profound commitment to
assisting individuals who are dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, family
conflicts, and challenges related to substance use and addiction.
Nina believes that everyone has the potential to change and heal. She aims to empower
people by offering direction and support to uncover their strengths and capabilities.
